Chris has been serving the fishery industry as an esteemed consultant for the last 12 years. Currently, he is reforming a complex of lakes after successfully putting together a comprehensive business and management plan with the owner. He was asked if he could be the fishery manager and project manage every aspect of the refurbishment works spanning a 5-year time frame. He is also an experienced director of a successful arboriculture and forestry business which runs in tandem, being certified with all necessary qualifications. Chris also holds a CPCS card that covers an excavator qualification that is the recognised standard for the construction industry to further enhance his lake construction skill set. He is also the respected author of “Finding The Time To Cast” and is regularly featured in articles by the leading publications within the fishing industry. He is also regarded as a well-respected constituent by his peers on the Predator Action Group board (PAG) which has been founded to tackle the rapidly growing challenge of predation on UK fisheries.
CMCS as a respected company has regular Industry involvement, we work with some of the biggest names in the industry including Environment Agency, The National Trust, Natural England, Predator Action Group and Thames Water amongst many others in various sectors to give the very best service. Chris has been asked and contracted to write literature for various media streams and attends and speaks at relevant meetings and seminars all over the country and is always fully aware and up to date regarding current legislation, licenses and other issues that affect the industry.
